The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Monday, August 3 reveals Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) and Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) are heading back to LA.
Also coming up, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will be thrilled that Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) is back. Plus, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) are taking a vacation in Venice. And while Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) still wants revenge, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) feel otherwise.
Y&R spoilers tease Victor and Nikki will return to the ranch. She’ll tell her husband she’ll never take her sight for granted again. “I feel like a dark cloud has been lifted,” Nikki will add. Except for what Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is going through.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Nick Wants To Get Out Of Rehab Right Away
Talk will turn to Chancellor, and Nikki will say she’s glad he gave it to Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). Victor will say he was dreading telling her about it. Nikki will tell him she wants to embrace these years they have together and make it the time of their lives.
In the next scene, Nikki will wave goodbye to her (offscreen) grandchildren from the front door. She’ll walk back inside and ask Victor if they can go on a vacation, to Venice. It can help them celebrate their fresh start. “When do we leave?” Victor will reply.
At rehab, Nick will have a bad dream. He’ll toss and turn, as he imagines Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) coming after Noah and Sharon. Nick will dream he’s in Crimson Lights. He’ll grab a bunch of baggies of fentanyl and down them.
Then he’ll see Sharon leaning over Noah. She’ll tell Nick Matt killed him because he wasn’t there to protect them. Nick will wake up and try to get his hands to stop shaking. “I never should have checked into this place,” he’ll say. “I gotta get outta here.”
Meanwhile, Sharon will be surprised to see her daughter. After she hugs her, Mariah will say she’s so happy. Sharon will ask how and Mariah will say she was released by court order this morning. “I’m moving back in with my family,” she’ll add. “Tessa welcomed me back with open arms.” Mariah will also say she saw Aria (offscreen of course) and it went great.
Then Noah will walk in and embrace his sister. He and Sharon will update her on Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) and Nick. Then Noah will drop a bombshell. “Sienna and I are going back to LA.” Sharon will say he just moved back. “If I stick around and keep running into this guy, bad things are going to happen,” he’ll reply. Sharon will tell him the further he is from Matt, the better. But she’ll miss him terribly.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Jack And Diane Agree To Drop Revenge
At the GCAC, Kyle will run into Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). She’ll excitedly share that her mother got her sight back last night and he’ll say his father is doing well and has reunited with his mom. Victoria will admit her parents may be on their way to a reunion as well.
She’ll tell Kyle she knows he’s still angry at her father, but shouldn’t he just be happy that everyone is where they’re supposed to be. Then Victoria will suggest their families call a ceasefire. Kyle will say Victor doesn’t get away with it this time. “This is where it ends.”
Victoria will ask why he isn’t sick of it, because she is. However, Kyle will ask how she’d feel if his father hired a maniac to go after her parents. “He wouldn’t,” she’ll reply. Kyle will say that’s not what he asked. Victoria will say she wouldn’t want to cause any more pain. She’ll point out that one day, they’re going to be running things themselves. “Our fathers may have started this war, but we can end it.”
At the park cafe, Jack will get a call from Detective Burrow (Matt Cohen). “I’m hoping you’re calling to tell me you found the maniac that abducted my wife,” he’ll say. Diane will ask what happened and Jack will say they found Dr. Laurence Markham (Jere Burns). Once again, this will happen offscreen.
He’ll also mention Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) was transferred to a maximum psyche facility. Jack will ask his wife what they should do about Victor. “Nothing,” she’ll reply. “I want to focus on being us again.” And Jack will agree.
Finally, Kyle will show up and tell his parents he thinks now would be a good time to talk about how they’re going to hit back at Victor. “Hit him hard.” But how will they break it to their son that they’re not interested in revenge?
